Passionate Service

When i have meetings with leaders and teachers at FBCS it is inevitable that there is something going on in their class that they want to share with me--good or bad. This past week i had the privilidge of meeting with one of my teachers in our Adult Division. I was so encouraged by the passion that this individual teacher had for his class. He wasn't satisfied with the status quo. The passion that he had to teach and lead was forcing him to find out how he can improve his own leadership and the health of the class. I am always amazed to see how God not only "raises up" leaders for his Work, but also how he "set eternity in their hearts" (Eccl. 3:11) Ministry done with an eternal perspective is done with passion!
